Instructions

  1. Pound the chops to 3/8" thick, then season.
  2. Place the flour in a round Pyrex dish, the egg in a second Pyrex dish, and the bread crumbs and cornstarch in a third Pyrex dish. Optionally add seasoning to the bread crumb mixture.
  3. Dredge each chop through the flour, egg, then bread crumbs, then fry in 350 oil until golden on both sides and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Plate and serve.
